ITE College Central (ITE CC) (former Name; ITE East Network) is a vocational institute and a name of the former ITE East Network division of the Institute of Technical Education. By 2015, a single campus will be built in the new town of Ang Mo Kio to replace its five smaller network campuses as part of ITE's "One ITE System, Three Colleges" plan. Mission: To Create Opportunities for School Leavers and Adult Learners to Acquire Skills, Knowledge and Values for Lifelong Learning in a Global Economy. College Focus: A College of Creativity and Innovation. Desired Outcome: Creative Learners, Innovative Workforce. There are five network campuses in ITE College Central: CCAs Personal Empowerment Technological Enrichment Sports Development Arts & Cultural Enrichment Entrepreneurship Development Community Service Engagement Known by many as "ITE Bedok", the campus was built in 1986 in Chai Chee Estate. Bedok Campus has facilities for engineering and designing. Courses It used to be known as the National Institute of Commerce and located at Prince Edward Road. The institution became part of ITE and established themselves as ITE Bishan in 1994.
