JMC Academy is an Australian private college that provides private education and training for the Creative Industries with campuses in central Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Courses include Digital Television Production, Digital Media and 3D Animation, Audio Engineering and Sound Production, Popular Music and Performance, and Entertainment Business Management. Established in 1982 by John Martin Cass, JMC Academy was originally founded in Sydney to meet the demand for qualified professionals in the entertainment technology industry. Since its inception JMC Academy has graduated 10,000 students, 90% of whom are domestic and 10% international. The school has expanded in the last decade opening campuses in Melbourne and Brisbane. The college offers courses at Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree level. Several of the JMC Academy courses also articulate into various Master programmes in a related field at several Australian Universities.
