The university offers graduate and post-graduate degrees in engineering disciplines. It has six main faculties: To provide educational and professional training to existing professionals, NED University established NED Academy. The academy has two sections: CCEE offers courses for Engineering, Information Technology, Management and Conversion Programs. Short and long duration courses are offered in these subjects. CMPP offers courses in multidisciplinary subjects such as quality and safety. The library serves as the universities and the region's reference library of engineering and technology. The collection includes general circulation books, reference books, encyclopedias, handbooks, periodicals, research journals, government and archive documents, microfilms, microfiche, audio/video cassettes, CD-ROM databases and software. The library has computerized retrieval of bibliographic databases containing references to thousands of articles, books, proceedings, technical reports and statistics. The library is fully computerized, providing online search facility and book management.
