Plaza College is a four year accredited college (Middle States Accredited located in Jackson Heights, Queens founded in 1916. Program offerings (associate/bachelor degrees and certificates) include areas such as Business Administration, Medical Assisting, Information Technology, Medical Billing and Coding, Office Technologies and Accounting. Plaza offers its students small classes with specialized attention. Plaza also provides day, evening and weekend classes, creating flexible schedules to accommodate its students needs. Plaza strives to make the benefits of higher education as accessible and convenient as possible for its students. Plaza College has the latest in technological resources with an expanded library, Internet Center, a member of “IBM University” and a Learning Resource Center. The development of the computer facilities, course offerings, and other enhancements to the college community, clearly reflects Plaza’s history of responding to economic changes and demands of our graduates. In 1916, Plaza College was founded as an independent institution in Long Island City, New York. It moved to its current location, Jackson Heights, Queens, in 1970.
