San Pedro College is a nursing school in Mindanao located in the heart of Davao City, Philippines, founded in 1956 by the Dominican Sisters of the Trinity from Quebec, Canada. It began as a school of nursing of the San Pedro Hospital, the first Catholic hospital in Mindanao, which the religious sisters have been operating since their arrival in 1948. San Pedro College offers a wide array of Baccalaureate Programs such as College of Arts and Sciences that includes BS in Biology, BSBA Major in Financial Management/Human Resource Development/Marketing Management, BS in Education, BS in Information Technology, BS in Guidance and Counseling, BS in Psychology. It also has academic offerings which include College of Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy. SPC also engages itself and the students into Community Extension Services. Inspired by the Most Rev. Clovis Thibault, PME, then Bishop of Davao, the Dominican Sisters led by Sr. Pauline Guilmette, OP and Sr. Cecile Denise, OP, laid the foundation of the San Pedro Hospital School of Nursing.
