Bharat Institute of Technology

Bharat Institute of Technology is a private college in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India offering courses in engineering, pharmacy, computer applications and management. The college was founded in 2001 and is affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The college was formerly affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow till the university was bifurcated and the college came under the jurisdiction of the current university. The college is located 8km from Meerut on the Meerut-Delhi bypass. It is 52km from New Delhi. The campus is located in a pollution-free and calm environment aimed at boosting the process of learning. The Institute also enjoys close proximity to Ghaziabad, Noida and Delhi which facilitates frequent industrial visits for the students. The institute has fully air-conditioned labs with state-of-the-art hardware on LAN with Wi-Fi connectivity. The School of Computer Application has a collection of 135 P-IV computers in three laboratories networked to one another with a large variety of softwares. The institute offers undergraduate courses in 8 branches leading to a Bachelor of Technology.
