Maria Ly is quite literally a Rock Star. You’ll often find her hanging off a 5.13a grade rock climbing route, she is the rock star co-founder of Skimble (which is incubated by Rock Health), and you can find her rock formation photography featured in Outside Magazine.

Cerro Coso Community College
Cerro Coso Community College was established in 1973 and is located in the Eastern Sierra region of Southern California, as a separate college within the Kern Community College District. The College offers traditional and online courses and 2 year degrees. Cerro Coso Community College is one of the largest community college districts in the United States, covering an area of nearly 18,000 square miles. Cerro Coso has five instructional sites (Eastern Sierra Center Bishop & Mammoth, Indian Wells Valley, Kern River Valley, and South Kern) Cerro Coso Community College offers a wide variety of educational opportunities to its students. The 420-acre (1.7 km) Indian Wells Valley Campus (IWV) is located in the upper Mojave Desert near Ridgecrest, California, 160 miles (260 km) northeast of Los Angeles. The IWV Campus is the largest of the Cerro Coso campuses. It serves a population of about 28,000. The College serves the communities of Ridgecrest, China Lake, Inyokern, and Trona. This center provides educational services to military and civilian personnel on the base. The Indian Wells Valley Campus currently has the following club(s) Kern River Valley: 5520 Lake Isabella Blvd.
