Cincinnati State Technical and Community College

Cincinnati State Technical and Community College (abbreviated CSTCC) is a technical and community college located in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, at 3520 Central Parkway, near the junction of Interstates 74 and 75. A Cincinnati State West campus is located in Harrison, Ohio. The college is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission. Chartered by the Ohio Board of Regents in 1969, Cincinnati State was originally Cincinnati Technical College (CTC). Its campus was once the home of Central Avenue High School and Courter Technical High School, which both belonged to the Cincinnati Public School District. Cincinnati State was the first technical/community college in Ohio to completely ban smoking from campus buildings. Recently, Cincinnati State created a new division named the Center for Innovative Technologies (CIT), which combines the Engineering Technology and Information Technology divisions. Cincinnati State offers over 75 associate degree programs and majors, and over 40 certificate programs, it is home to the Midwest Culinary Institute. Cooperative education and/or clinical practice are an important part of the school's curriculum.

  • Maria Ly is quite literally a Rock Star. You’ll often find her hanging off a 5.13a grade rock climbing route, she is the rock star co-founder of Skimble (which is incubated by Rock Health), and you can find her rock formation photography featured in Outside Magazine.

  • March 13, 1988 was the day we moved to America. Although it wasn't my first time in the country, that date was the beginning of my journey through the American school system. Those eleven years filled me with a lifetime of great memories.
