Dulwich College Shanghai

Dulwich College Shanghai (DCS) is an international school catering for expatriate children from Toddler to Year 13 (aged 2 – 18 years old). The academic programme is based on the English National Curriculum for England and Wales. The College offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) in Years 10-11 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Years 12 and 13. In line with Dulwich College London, DCS is an academically-selective school. All prospective students must meet pre-determined standards and are required to sit an entrance exam prior to entering Year 3 – Year 13. The language of instruction is English and the College is co-educational and non-denominational. DCS was named third on Lifestyle Boutique's "Top 10 schools in the World", only below the prestigious schools American Embassy School and Eton College. Over 42 nationalities are represented in the student body with 65% from the US, UK, Australasia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Teachers are recruited both internationally and locally, with a high percentage of teachers having trained in the UK.

  • Maria Ly is quite literally a Rock Star. You’ll often find her hanging off a 5.13a grade rock climbing route, she is the rock star co-founder of Skimble (which is incubated by Rock Health), and you can find her rock formation photography featured in Outside Magazine.
