European University - Cyprus

Τhe European University Cyprus (Greek: Ευρωπαϊκό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου) is among the largest universities in Cyprus, with the campus based in the Nicosia. It was formerly known, until September 2007, as Cyprus College. The University enrolls approximately 4,000 students. The professors are well selected employed and are graduates from the finest universities of the world. Cyprus College was founded in 1961 by Ioannis Gregoriou. His purpose was to provide a well-rounded education of high caliber where students would acquire the necessary academic and practical knowledge in the field of Business Administration. In September 2007, the 46 year old College was acknowledged as a University, and now uses the name European University Cyprus. 1961 1987 1991 1995 1997-1998 2000 2003 2007 2010 2011 E.U.C. is a member of the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education (EURASHE), the European Council for Business Education (ECBE) and the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE).

  • Maria Ly is quite literally a Rock Star. You’ll often find her hanging off a 5.13a grade rock climbing route, she is the rock star co-founder of Skimble (which is incubated by Rock Health), and you can find her rock formation photography featured in Outside Magazine.

  • March 13, 1988 was the day we moved to America. Although it wasn't my first time in the country, that date was the beginning of my journey through the American school system. Those eleven years filled me with a lifetime of great memories.

  • Mayank is an inventor and zebra-enthusiast. He developed Stripespotter, a biological barcode scanner for zebras, and is a part of the team behind Facebook insights. By way of India to Oman to the US, Mayank can be found behind the wheel of a red Porsche dreaming up his next big idea.
