HiLCoE College

HiLCoE (an acronym for Higher Learning Center of Excellence) is a specialized computer science private college in Ethiopia established in January 1998. The college pioneered computer science education in the country. It was founded by two computer professionals, Nasir Dino and Ahmed Hussein (PhD). Now located in two campuses (Piassa and Mickey Leland), HiLCoE is offering Undergraduate and Post Graduate Degrees in Computer Science. In September 2009, with the proper accredition from the Ministry of Education, HiLCoE launched two Masters programs in Software Engineering and Computer Science.
