The Honor Academy is a ministry of the Christian missionary organization Teen Mania Ministries, with a main campus located in Garden Valley, Texas. The Academy offers a year-long internship program for young people. The interns work full time in the ministry and take classes on Leadership, Character and other Christian topics. Interns have the opportunity to earn up to 30 credits through a partnership with Sterling College. Empowering Godly men and women to possess wisdom, vision, and discipline to excel as leaders whose lives advance the Kingdom. Interns work full time at Teen Mania Ministries and attend weekly classes, small group sessions (Core Groups), and Life Transforming Events (LTEs). The internship is a one year program, but many interns decide to stay for a 2nd or 3rd year as Graduate Interns. The majority of Teen Mania's workforce is composed of interns. The cost to live on campus and work full time in the program is $850 per moth. Interns are not permitted to hold outside jobs. Intern jobs include: telemarketers, administrative assistants, janitors, grounds crew, and kitchen crew.
