Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM), is a privately funded premier technical and management school located in the state of West Bengal, India. It was founded in the year 1989 and is thus the oldest private engineering school in the province. In its early years, it was operated under University of Kalyani. Since 2005-2006 academic session, its affiliating body was changed to West Bengal University of Technology. IEM possesses decentralized academic campuses.
