Jefri Bolkiah Engineering College is a further education college based in Kuala Belait, Brunei. Originally established in 1970 as an engineering craft trade school, in 1987 it was upgraded to a College of Engineering. Courses are offered through departments within the College organisational structure and these sections include : The College offers a range technical engineering and ad-hoc courses to meet the training demands of the public and private sectors of Brunei Darussalam economy. The College operates closely with the Brunei Shell Petroleum Training Centre at Seria. National Diploma level courses of 2½ years duration are offered on a sandwich basis and lead to the Brunei Darussalam Technical and Vocational Council (BDTVEC)National Diploma. These courses include : The sandwich method of course delivery consists of alternate periods of instruction at the College and training with an employer on-the-job attachment (6 months).
