The Louvain School of Management is a business school accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), which is part of the Université catholique de Louvain, in Belgium. The Louvain School of Management is the only Belgian member of the exclusive Community of European Management Schools (CEMS). The history of the Louvain school of Management dates back to 1897 with the creation of the 'école des sciences commerciales et consulaires' in Leuven, a school which would later become the Institut d'Administration et de Gestion in 1972, after the split of the Catholic University of Louvain. In 2007 the IAG along with the Management departments of three others universities: Facultés universitaires Notre-Dame de la Paix, Facultés universitaires Saint-Louis and Facultés universitaires catholiques de Mons merged in order to form the Louvain School of Management. The Louvain School of Management offers four different masters: The CEMS Master in International Management is offered as an option, in both the MSc in Management and MSc in Business Engineering.
