Ochanomizu University (お茶の水女子大学, Ochanomizu Joshi daigaku) is one of only two national women's universities in Japan. The other one is the Nara Women's University. Ochanomizu University was founded in 1875 as a teacher training institute for women located in Tokyo's Ochanomizu neighborhood. On September 1, 1923, the campus was destroyed in the Great Kantō Earthquake. Thereafter, in December 1932, the campus was moved to its present location in the Ōtsuka neighborhood of Bunkyō, Tokyo. ·Preschool (お茶の水女子大学附属幼稚園) ·Elementary (お茶の水女子大学附属小学校) ·Junior High (お茶の水女子大学附属中学校) ·High School (お茶の水女子大学附属高等学校) These attached schools are all located within Ochanomizu University's campus.
