Ross Medical Education Center is an allied-health school with eighteen locations across three states. Thirteen locations are in Michigan, three locations are in Ohio, and two locations are in Indiana. This group of schools offer three programs: Medical Assisting, Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration, and Dental Assisting. Ross Medical Education Center is owned by Ross Education, LLC who also owns and operates the Ross Institute of Medical and Dental Technology (Ross IMDT) in Cincinnati, Ohio. The institution, which was formerly known as Institute of Medical-Dental Technology, was purchased by Ross Education in May 2008. Ross Medical Education Centers are accredited by Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools as non-degree granting institution. The Michigan campuses of Ross Medical Education are located throughout the central portion of the state. These locations include: Ann Arbor, MI; Brighton, MI; Davison, MI; Flint, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Lansing, MI; Madison Heights, MI; New Baltimore, MI; Port Huron, MI; Portage, MI; Redford, MI; Roosevelt Park, MI; and Saginaw, MI.
