Sri Sai Ram Engineering college

Sri Sairam Engineering college (SEC) is an engineering institution located in the suburbs of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The Institution earned ISO 9001:2000 Certification from Bureau Veritas Quality International. The college started functioning from 1996 at a temporary location in Valasaravakkam in the suburbs of Chennai. Sairam moved to a sprawling 1 square kilometre campus at Saileo Nagar,West Tambaram Chennai in 1998. The college is currently situated in a verdant peaceful greenery in the middle of a forest with a lot of monkeys which proves to be an ideal learning environment. Sairam currently offers undergraduate degrees in engineering in the following specializations. postgraduate degrees in IEEE Students chapter was established in the year 1999. Providing Tech Meets and Industrial Visits to students of the community. Alumni meet Since its inception, the college maintains a consistent academic track record, and is very strict with regards to the students discipline inside the campus. Students discipline is given key importance. Several students have been awarded university gold medals for their academic performances.
