Golden Gate University (GGU) offers practical and affordable education for international students. I am in the Master of Taxation program which is highly regarded in the nation. Prospective students must be well versed in English because the Code and Regulation is full of legal languages. Professors provide office hours so you can always visit professors for further clarification. As a student, I learn how to analyze complex business transaction. In sum, you learn how the US tax works and you will be able to develop skills to understand complicated tax issues and to convey the complicate issues in a clear manner. Don't get me wrong. GGU is more than a tax school, it offers other business programs, accounting and MBA. Anyone who wants to be in the business field will see the value of GGU as the program is offered at the center of San Francisco downtown. You will meet a lot of business professionals in the class room if you take evening classes. My experience so far has been great with GGU.
