CDI College is a for-profit college in Canada. It offers programs in the business, technology and health care fields. There are 15 campus locations; 5 in British Columbia, 5 in Alberta, 1 in Manitoba and 4 in Quebec. The school is owned by The Eminata Group, Inc. It was previously known as The Toronto School of Business. CDI College offers programs in the areas of Business, Technology and Healthcare. It operates in four provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec), employs over 900 teachers and staff, and has approximately 8,000 students. On November 8, 2005, the previous parent company completed the sale of substantially all the assets of its corporate training division, CDI Education for CAD$19 million (USD$16 million) to CrossOff Incorporated. In December 2007, Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (CCi) re-branded their Ontario campuses as Everest College and sold the remaining campus locations across Canada to the Eminata Group.
