Dnyaneshwar Vidyapeeth

Dnyaneshwar Vidyapeeth is an experiment in Private Technical Education University. Dnyaneshwar Vidyapeeth has openly challenged Indian Education for its ignorance of the private open education university concept. It was founded by Dr. M. D. Apte in 1980, and it is located in Pune, India. "Vidyapeeth" means university in Marathi and Sanskrit, the Indian regional language. The main motto of DV is "education is the birth right of each and every individual". Dr Vijay Pandurang Bhatkar IT computer scientist from India was once ex-vice chancellor he quit it early 2001. Private universities are universities not operated by governments, although many receive public subsidies, especially in the form of tax breaks and public student loans and grants.Depending on their location, private universities may be subject to government regulation.In fact, some of the world's most known universities, such as Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Stanford University, are private universities.
