Maria Ly is quite literally a Rock Star. You’ll often find her hanging off a 5.13a grade rock climbing route, she is the rock star co-founder of Skimble (which is incubated by Rock Health), and you can find her rock formation photography featured in Outside Magazine.

The Government College of Engineering, Kannur (GCEK) is a state-sponsored engineering college affiliated to Kannur University, Kerala, India. The college was started in October 1986, as a center for imparting engineering education in northern Kerala. It began in the Town High School, Kannur Campus. The college has grown into a sprawling 75-acre (300,000 m) campus. The college is situated at Mangattuparamba, just off National Highway NH-17, 15 km north from the district headquarters, Kannur. The college has an annual intake of only 300 students (under five 4-year graduate courses), on merit basis through the All Kerala Common Entrance Examination. The Government College of Engineering, Kannur, was established in 1986. The college is functioning in a large 75-acre (300,000 m) unified academic complex, at Mangattuparamba, 15 km from the headquarters of the Kannur district. The college is affiliated to Kannur University. The college offers B.Tech Degree in Engineering in five subjects: The intake is 335 students per year.
