Maria Ly is quite literally a Rock Star. You’ll often find her hanging off a 5.13a grade rock climbing route, she is the rock star co-founder of Skimble (which is incubated by Rock Health), and you can find her rock formation photography featured in Outside Magazine.

Founded in 1970, Middlesex Community College is a community college in Massachusetts, with campuses in suburban Bedford and the city of Lowell. MCC has a total annual enrollment of more than 8,000 credit students and several thousand noncredit students. The college was founded in 1970 in leased buildings on the grounds of the Veterans Hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts. In 1987, Middlesex opened a temporary campus at the Wannalancit Mills complex in Lowell. To establish a permanent Lowell campus, the college purchased a six-storey corporate training center at Kearney Square from Wang Laboratories in 1990 and relocated its Lowell activities there in 1991.

March 13, 1988 was the day we moved to America. Although it wasn't my first time in the country, that date was the beginning of my journey through the American school system. Those eleven years filled me with a lifetime of great memories.
