Seattle Central Community College (SCCC) is a community college located in Seattle, Washington, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It is one of the three colleges which make up the Seattle Community College District. Its programs include Information Technologies, Business Administration, Apparel Design, ASL Interpreter Training, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Graphic Design, Publishing Arts, Photography, Film and Video, Wood Construction, Maritime, and health-related occupations. There is a substantial international student population served by the International Education Programs division, as well as numerous immigrants taking ESL courses through the Basic and Transitional Studies division. Seattle Central Community College was named Time magazine's Community College of the Year in 2001.
